Paint protection film (PPF) installer / vehicle wrapper – precision handwork on premium cars
Restyling Point is a company specializing in vehicle protection. Over the past 3 years we have protected more than 4,568 cars and 312 properties.
Our work is built on written work instructions, defined quality standards and repeatable working methods.
We are now looking for a PPF installer / vehicle wrapper who enjoys precise work with their hands and the satisfaction of a job done properly. In this role you don’t have to be talking all day or at the center of attention. You get to concentrate on your own work and let the finished result speak for itself.
What does the job look like in practice?
We specialize in protecting cars with clear and colored PPF films that shield the paintwork from scratches, stone chips and wear. You work with all kinds of cars every day, from Teslas to Porsches and Lamborghinis.
The work is clean indoor work and precise handwork. Your day consists of checking the car and the work order, preparing your workstation, fitting the film, finishing the details and inspecting your own work.
You know in advance what is being done to the car, with which material, to what quality level and by when the work has to be finished.
What you’ll be doing
- you fit PPF films to car paintwork – protecting it, changing its color and producing highly valued craftsmanship with your own hands
- you prepare the car and the workstation for fitting
- you work to written work and quality standards
- you finish edges and details carefully
- you check your own work before the quality inspection
- you keep your tools and your workstation in order
- you take responsibility for the quality of your work and for the agreed schedule
- you put right any deviations you spot before the job is finished
What does success look like?
Success shows up in the finished car: the film sits exactly where it should, the details are finished, the work meets the defined quality criteria and the car is ready on schedule.
You don’t have to guess what counts as good enough. The quality criteria are written down, and the results of the work are measured.
This role suits you if:
- working with your hands comes naturally to you
- you notice small details and deviations
- you can concentrate for long stretches
- you take pleasure in clean, precise, well-finished work
- you like order and look after your tools
- you value clear ways of working and clear quality criteria
- you follow the agreed working methods even when nobody is watching

- you don’t mind that a high-quality result comes from repeating the same steps carefully
- you have the English language skills the job requires and a category B driver’s license
This is not a sales or customer service role. Above all it calls for concentration, precision, method, responsibility and quality of work.
What about previous experience?
Previous experience of PPF fitting, car wrapping, window films, detailing or any other precision handwork counts in your favor.
More important than experience, though, is how you work: can you take on a working method, repeat it carefully and keep developing the quality.
A working environment where you can concentrate on the job
The tools, vehicle lifts, lighting, temperature, cleanliness, materials and work instructions are all built to support the fitting work.
It is not the fitter’s job to patch up sales mistakes, to sort out the contents of an order with the customer or to guess what is being done to the car. The fitter gets to concentrate on fitting – not on sorting out everything else. In our company everyone is responsible for their own area.

If you are tired of unclear work orders, constant improvising, or quality being cut because of time pressure, we do things differently here. Clear standards, tools that work and a systematic working environment let you concentrate on quality fitting. The more quality work you produce, the more you earn.

- A permanent contract and regular working hours – weekdays 8.00–16.30
- A fixed base salary + a performance-based bonus – the fixed base salary gives you day-to-day security, and the bonus gives you the chance to earn more than the usual rate. The more quality fitting you produce, the more you earn.

From beginner to professional – an example
One of our fitters who started with no previous PPF experience at all reached, in roughly 1.5 years, a total monthly income of over €4,200 – and was still nowhere near the ceiling of their own development or earnings.
Salary
€2,000–4,700 per month
Total pay is made up of a fixed base salary and a results-linked bonus. Quality that meets the standards, and the volume of work you do, feed directly into your total earnings.

Restyling Point is expanding its partner network and looking for experienced professionals for long-term cooperation.
We know that predictability, clarity, and a fair earning model are the most important things for an independent professional. Therefore, our operating model is based on written quality standards, clear acceptance criteria, and transparent contract terms.
We strive to build cooperation in such a way that the partner has a continuous and predictable workflow – not individual, random assignments.
Pricing and payment terms are agreed upon in advance. Payment term 7–14 days as agreed after accepted work. The workload is planned systematically so that the load and income level are predictable.
You are responsible for professional execution. We are responsible for customer communication, contracts, and managing the whole. Potential quality issues are handled based on documentation and pre-agreed standards.
The operating model is built for clarity, not control. The goal is that you can work in peace, manage your own tasks, and focus on a high-quality end result.

We are looking for an experienced tinting professional to cooperate as a Restyling Point partner. Visible Light Transmission (VLT) and customer expectations are agreed upon before starting the work.
The condition of the windows is documented beforehand. Schedules are planned so that quality remains a priority. The acceptance criteria are uniform and transparent.
