CANCELLATION POLICY

You can reschedule or cancel your booking free of charge no later than 48 hours before the appointment. You can do it in three different ways:

We reserve the right to charge the full price of the scheduled service for a late cancellation (done less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment) or for a completely missed appointment.

The reason for these terms is that, in order to keep our pricing reasonable and customer’s schedules on point, our company conducts preparatory work for each individual booking. Our goal is to be both cost-efficient and provide the highest quality of service to our customers.

CAR WRAPPING / FULL WRAP

For car wrapping projects, the required material is pre-ordered in running meters, therefore it cannot be returned to the importer. In addition, due to logistics delays, the material must always be ordered in advance.

We always do preparatory processes, like cutting the vinyl wrap material, before actually starting the wrapping process. For this reason, when booking an appointment for a wrap project, we always take an advance payment from our customers, which is 50% of the total price.

If the customer cancels the service, the prepayment will not be refunded, but he can receive the ordered material.

CAR WRAPPING / FULL WRAP

PAINT PROTECTION FILM (PPF) INSTALLATION:

In PPF installation projects we use the Llumar Precision Cut automated film cutting system to pre-cut the patterns and prepare them for a precise and smooth installation. Because of this, the ready-made patterns for each individual project and vehicle cannot be installed on another car brand or model.

If the customer cancels the order, Restyling Point Oy has the right to charge the cost incurred from the material purchase and its modification.

SPECIAL WRAPS, WRAP ADVERTISING, PRINTS ETC.

We reserve the right to charge customers full price for all pre-ordered materials and supplies if the customer cancels the order after the purchases have already been made.

FORCE MAJEURÉ / NEW CAR DELIVERIES / ACCIDENTS / ILLNESS ETC.

We understand that plans don’t always work out like it was intended. The new ordered car might not be delivered on time, or the used car could get into a car accident or break down. This naturally prevents the customer from bringing his car to previously booked service.

If it is a service which requires advance preparations, like specific material purchase and modifications:

  • We can postpone the appointment for a certain time and if the customer does not book the service within 14 days, we will send the customer an invoice for the ordered materials. The customer can later book an appointment for his car after it gets delivered/fixed, in which case only the remaining part of the original order needs to be paid.

All invoicing related to cancellations (if not followed instructions mentioned above) is handled by the invoicing company / debt collection company.
