Previous experience with car wrapping, paint protection films, window tinting, or car detailing is an advantage, but the most important thing is the ability to do precise, repeatable work systematically.

  • Clear and guided onboarding (3 months) – you won’t be left alone.
  • Base salary + performance-based bonus – You can influence your own salary; the more standard-compliant results you achieve, the more you earn.
  • Permanent employment. Working hours on weekdays 8:00 – 16:30. As you progress in your career, you will get flexible working hours.

With us, the total salary consists of a base salary and a performance-based bonus. The more efficiently and with higher quality you work, the better it reflects in your salary. Administration & coordination

Restyling Point is expanding its partner network and looking for experienced professionals for long-term cooperation.

We know that predictability, clarity, and a fair earning model are the most important things for an independent professional. Therefore, our operating model is based on written quality standards, clear acceptance criteria, and transparent contract terms.

We strive to build cooperation in such a way that the partner has a continuous and predictable workflow – not individual, random assignments.

Pricing and payment terms are agreed upon in advance. Payment term 7–14 days as agreed after accepted work. The workload is planned systematically so that the load and income level are predictable.

You are responsible for professional execution. We are responsible for customer communication, contracts, and managing the whole. Potential quality issues are handled based on documentation and pre-agreed standards.

The operating model is built for clarity, not control. The goal is that you can work in peace, manage your own tasks, and focus on a high-quality end result.
